How to judge the quality of PP sheet?
1. Judging from its surface gloss, the one with poor gloss is recycled plastic;
2, look at its toughness: pure raw material PP polypropylene plastic sheet has excellent toughness and can be slightly bent;
3. Look at the cutting surface: there will be miscellaneous materials with different colors in the recycled plastic after cutting;
4, look at its density: PP polypropylene density of 0.92~0.93 floating on the water are raw polypropylene;
5. Heat welding: there will be smoke when the recycled plastic is welded;
6. Transmittance: difference of transmittance of recycled plastics;
7, toughness: recycled plastic is also much worse;
8. Density: throw it into the water to see if it floats on the surface. Most of the regenerated ones go to the bottom.
